Jersey has put a high priority on developing women's cricket from grass root level to the senior national side.
Jersey women’s cricket is rapidly on the rise, thanks to strong coaching, youth development programs, and impressive international performances. The team has seen success in recent European tournaments, fueled by a talented, young squad and new initiatives like the HERA Girls Legacy Club and Women’s Premier League. With ongoing investment in facilities and player pathways, Jersey is building a promising future and becoming increasingly competitive on the international stage

Aimee Aikenhead
Aimee Aikenhead is a right-handed opening batter with international T20 experience across Europe for Jersey. She's played for Hampshire and Gloucestershire, scored 220 runs in a recent iT20 quadrangular, and was MVP in a final against Germany. Aimee debuted for Jersey in May 2023 against Italy. Aimee Aikenhead is a promising opening batter for Jersey. In 16 WT20Is, she has scored 147 runs with a top score of 57* and one half-century. She was the top run-scorer in the 2025 Cyprus Quadrangular Series with 220 runs and also impressed with 58 against Sweden in the Europe Qualifier. Known for her calm approach and steady scoring, she’s quickly becoming a key part of Jersey’s top order.

Grace Wetherall
Grace Wetherall is a right-handed batter, and right-arm medium fast opening bowler for jersey. She is the first player to score a WT20I half-century batting at number eight. As of August 2025 she remains the only person to achieve this feat. Grace Wetherall is a key all-rounder for Jersey, known for her powerful batting and consistent bowling. She has delivered standout performances like a 68-run knock against Guernsey and multiple Player of the Match awards in the 2025 Cyprus Series. Chloe Greechan
Chloe Greechan is the captain of the Jersey women’s cricket team and a key bowling all-rounder. She bowls left-arm Orthodox and is known for her accuracy and wicket-taking ability. In WT20Is, she has taken 58 wickets at an impressive average of 9.05, including a record-breaking 5/4 against Sweden. With the bat, she has scored 269 runs, mainly in the lower order. As captain, she has led Jersey to multiple tournament wins, including an unbeaten run in the 2024 European Cricket Championship.

Analise Merritt
Analise Merritt right-handed top-order batter, she has played 21 WT20Is, scoring 377 runs at an average of 26.92 and an explosive strike rate of over 175. Her highest score is an unbeaten 65*, and she has recorded one half-century. She also smashed 58 off 32 balls against Guernsey in the 2023 Inter‑Insular series, earning Player of the Match. With the ball, Merritt contributes useful right-arm medium pace, having taken 11 wickets from 35.4 overs at an average of 29.54 and an economy rate of 9.11.

Lily Greig
Lily Greig is a right-handed batter for the Jersey women’s cricket team, valued for her consistency in the middle order. In 18 WT20I matches, she has scored 224 runs at an average of 17.23, with a top score of 36. Alongside her batting, she is also a reliable fielder, contributing with safe hands and good awareness in the outfield, adding important support to the team’s defensive efforts.

Maria da Rocha is a right-handed batter for the Jersey women’s cricket team, known for her steady contributions in the middle order. Trinity Smith
Trinity Smith known for her right-handed batting and right-arm medium bowling. In 35 WT20Is, she has scored 431 runs at an average of 22.68, including two unbeaten half-centuries 59* against Spain and 56* against France both earning her Player of the Match awards. She made history as the first Jersey woman to score a WT20I fifty and was later nominated for the ICC Women’s Player of the Month. With the ball, she has taken 5 wickets, with best figures of 2/18.

Mia Maguire
Mia Maguire is a talented wicket-keeper batter for the Jersey women’s cricket team. In 29 WT20I matches, she has scored 137 runs at an average of 19.57, with a top score of 44 not out. Known for her sharp glove work, she has also contributed 7 catches and 10 stumpings behind the stumps. A reliable presence in the lower order and an agile keeper, Mia continues to be a valuable asset in both Jersey’s batting lineup and fielding unit.

Flo Tanguy
Florence (Flo) Tanguy is a young bowling all-rounder for the Jersey women’s cricket team, known for her right-arm off-break bowling. She made her WT20I debut just weeks after turning 13 and has since become a key part of Jersey’s bowling attack. In the 2023 Inter-Insular Series, she impressed with economical spells, including figures of 1/12 and 2/7. Her standout performance came during the 2025 Cyprus T20I Quadrangular Series, where she took 10 wickets—matching the tournament’s top wicket-taker. With the bat, she offers useful middle-order support, making her a valuable all-round contributor to the team.

Erin Gouge
Erin Gouge is a talented young off break bowler for the Jersey women’s cricket team who made her WT20I debut just before turning 13. In 21 international matches, she has taken 16 wickets at an impressive economy rate of 4.84. One of her standout performances came during the 2023 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier, where she took 3 wickets for just 6 runs against Turkey, earning Player of the Match honors. She also played a key role in Jersey’s title-winning campaign at the 2022 France Women’s T20I Quadrangular Series, bowling with an economical rate of 4.16. Besides her bowling, Erin is a sharp fielder, contributing catches and supporting the team’s defense.

Tallulah Spry is a 15-year-old wicketkeeper-batter for the Jersey women's cricket team. She made her debut in the 2025 Women's T20 Quadrangular Series in Cyprus, playing in Jersey's opening match against Cyprus on April 18, 2025.

Georgia Mallet
Georgia Mallet is a key bowler for the Jersey women’s T20 International cricket team, known for her accuracy and ability to take wickets in crucial moments. Over the course of 28 T20I matches, she has claimed 22 wickets at an impressive average of around 15.04, with a strong economy rate of 5.64 runs per over. Her standout performances include figures of 4 for 5 against Italy, where she delivered two maiden overs, and 3 for 15 against Austria during the 2022 France Women’s Quadrangular Series.

Oliva Bastin
Olivia Bastin is a promising right-arm medium pacer representing the Jersey women’s T20 International team. Since making her debut in December 2024, she has shown control and discipline with the ball in limited opportunities. During the 2025 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier Division Two, she impressed with economical spells, including 3 overs for just 12 runs against the Isle of Man and 4 overs for 13 runs with a wicket against Spain. In the 2025 ECS-W Liberation Series, she featured in six matches, taking 3 wickets and maintaining an economy rate of 12.00.

Sophia Hanson is a promising right-arm medium pacer for the Jersey women’s T20 International team. Since her debut in May 2023, she has made a strong impact with the ball, showcasing her ability to take key wickets while maintaining tight control. One of her standout performances came in July 2024 during the Inter-Insular T20I against Guernsey, where she took 3 wickets for just 7 runs in 3.3 overs. Erin Duffy is a right-arm medium-fast bowler for the Jersey women’s national cricket team who made her international debut in May 2022 during the Women’s T20 Quadrangular Series in France. Since then, she has played 12 international matches, taking 10 wickets at an economical rate of 5.26 runs per over. In her debut match, she impressed by bowling four overs for just 14 runs and picking up a wicket.
