Assistant Coach
Lee has been the assistant national coach since 2013 when he transitioned from playing to coaching. In 2014 he was awarded ICC European Coach of the Year for his work within Jersey.
During 2018, he spent time with the Northern Knights first class team in Ireland, taking charge of their final three T20 games of the year.
