Return of the Mac…Rae!

Jersey Cricket is delighted to announce the return of Neil MacRae as Director of Cricket, marking the homecoming of a familiar and highly respected figure in the island’s cricket community.

Neil previously served Jersey Cricket for over a decade as Director of Cricket and Men’s National Team Head Coach, leading the side through a period of outstanding progress both on and off the field. Under his leadership, Jersey achieved multiple ICC tournament successes, developed a robust player pathway, and helped establish Jersey as a competitive and respected team among associate nations.

Latterly, Neil has been Head Coach of the Netherlands Women’s national team, guiding the squad through an important stage of its development and gaining valuable experience in the women’s game. Now returning to Jersey Cricket, Neil will oversee all performance programmes, player development pathways, and coaching structures across the men’s and women’s games, whiledriving the long-term strategy for sustainable success on the international stage.
